This was my fist interaction with Afrihost and normally I am very sceptic on how services can be through electronic communication, but I was very impressed with how this was done. My contact person, Gershom was very helpful. He answered all my questions in a supper fast and effective way and on top of that was also very friendly. Afrihost may not be the "perfect" service provider (internet in SA still has a long way to go). None of them are, however they go out of their way to support you and address all your concerns. Their website is informative and easy to navigate for information. Their app is convenient and makes it easy to view my invoices or top up my internet. Their whatsapp chat service is available even during awkward hours and you chat to another human being, no nonsense bot or chatgpt ripoff. They really offer a good service overall. And their prices are deliciously reasonable. It's a win for me.
