I have dealt with many service providers before but Afrihost is on top of their game. Every time i go to their whatsapp chat im positive to get great service, all the agents i have dealt with are the best. Lesley M was just awesome, patiently took me step by step while setting up the router. Well done Afrihost, you make this sad life bearable 😃

I was assisted via WhatsApp. The waiting time was a bit long but eventually I got the assistance and I think Palesa's service was excellent! I always get my queries solved with Afrihost in spite of long waiting time. The fact that there are now multiple channels to get help through is also a fabulous idea. Thanks Afrihost!

I've never had a days problem with afrihost. If there was any sort of issue would contact them via what's and my issuse would be sorted out in minutes. They also have a great app keeps you up to date with any networks that are down also managing your packages

Excellent service delivery from Afrihost and TTConnect! We applied for our fibre product and it was active within a day's time 🎉 They kept us updated with every step, providing peace of mind. Amazing Whatsapp support line to assist within seconds!!!
